Refund & Return Policy

We specialize in wholesale skincare products sold through our website and third-party marketplaces including Amazon and Walmart. Due to the nature of our products and wholesale pricing structure, we maintain a limited return and exchange policy.

KCoony is committed to delivering quality products in perfect condition. We only offer replacements or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective during shipping.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Customers must report damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

Item is unused and unopened
Item remains in original packaging
Proof of purchase provided
Photos of damage may be required

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:

Your order number (found in your confirmation email or marketplace account)

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

Photos of the outer shipping box and all packaging materials

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement product for the same item at no additional cost to you.

Refund Policy

KCoony does not provide refunds for wholesale skincare products except where required by law. Approved cases involving damaged or defective products will generally be resolved through a replacement or exchange rather than a refund.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through Amazon or Walmart are also subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms. Customers who purchased through a marketplace may need to initiate claims or requests directly through their marketplace account.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any approved returns or exchanges.

KCoony is not responsible for lost return shipments. Please retain your tracking information until your exchange is confirmed.
